At OXWON, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Cancellation

1.1. Web & App Development:

* Clients may cancel development services at any time before the project commences. In the event of cancellation, a fee may apply based on the work already completed and resources expended.

* Once development work has begun, the terms of cancellation will be outlined in the individual project agreements.

1.2. Web Hosting:

* Clients may cancel their web hosting services at any time. If cancellation occurs within a billing cycle, no pro-rated refund will be provided for the unused portion of the service unless otherwise specified in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

* For annual plans, if a client cancels within the first 30 days of service commencement, they may be eligible for a refund, excluding any applicable setup fees and the cost of services already used.

1.3. Computer Service:

* On-site or remote computer services can be cancelled before the service begins. If a technician is already on-site or remote access has been established, a cancellation fee may apply.

1.4. Networking, Software Solution, Server Management, and RDP Cloud:

* Cancellation terms for these services will be specified in the individual service agreements. Typically, these services may be cancelled with a specific notice period as agreed upon in the contract.

2. Refunds

2.1. Web & App Development:

* There is generally no standard refund policy for development services as each project is customized to the client's specific requirements. However, if OXWON fails to deliver the services as agreed upon, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.2. Web Hosting:

* Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to select hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial service, you may request a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to domain registration fees, additional services, or renewals.

2.3. Computer Service:

* Refunds for computer services are typically not provided as services are based on time and expertise. However, if services were not rendered or if there was a significant error in the services that cannot be rectified, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.4. Networking, Software Solution, Server Management, and RDP Cloud:

* Refund terms for these services will be specified in the individual service agreements. Generally, there is no standard refund policy for these services unless otherwise specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Procedure for Refunds

3.1. To request a refund, you must contact our support team within the stipulated timeframe. You can reach us via email or phone, the details of which are provided on our "Help & Support" page on our website.

3.2. Your refund request must clearly state your account details, the name of the service, and the reason for the refund.

3.3. OXWON will review your request and, if applicable, process the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of approval and will be issued via the original method of payment.

4. Exceptions

4.1. Domain registration fees, SSL certificates, and other third-party products and services are non-refundable.

4.2. No refunds will be provided if services have been misused, abused, or if there has been a violation of our Terms of Service.

4.3. Refunds for custom software or development work will be issued solely at OXWON's discretion if there are significant defects in the services that cannot be rectified.

5. Changes to the Policy

OXWON reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
