2. How to Delete Your Account

We provide an easy way to delete your account and associated data directly through our mobile application.

Step-by-Step In-App Deletion Process:

  1. Open the OXWON Service app on your device.

  2. Navigate to the Profile section.

  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.

  4. Click on Delete Account.

  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear stating: "Your account will be deleted permanently. Your data will not be restored again."

  6. Click the Delete button to proceed.

  7. Upon successful processing, you will receive a confirmation message that your account has been deleted successfully.

3. Alternative Procedure for Submitting a Deletion Request

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to submit a formal request, you may follow the procedure below:

3.1. Submitting a Request: You must submit a written request clearly stating which personal data you would like OXWON to delete. You can submit your request through one of the following methods:

  • Email: Email our Data Protection Officer at support@oxwon.com.

  • Online Form: Complete and submit the Data Deletion Request Form available on our website: https://service.oxwon.com/data-deletion-request

  • Mail: Send a signed letter detailing your request to:
